Shipping, Returns & Exchange
Orders with expedited shipping will ship within 24 hours of when the order was placed. if you place an order on a Friday, please be advised that your package will not be shipped out until Monday.
For items that are not yet at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
Adele's Boutique ships most orders via UPS.
Returns & Exchanges
Adele's Boutique will gladly accept exchange on apparel merchandise for a store credit. Items must be returned within 7 days of the date that the item is shipped to you. While Adele's Boutique will gladly accept yourexchanges, Adele's Boutique will not be responsible for paying the postage on the item that is being exchanged. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. In order to expedite the return process, please return all items in their original packaging, including: hangers, polybags, hang tags on garments, dust bags and gift boxes. We do not accept exchanges on Adele's Boutique Sale items, or Furs or otherwise noted items.
